If you can’t afford food, you can call 0808 2082138 (freephone) to speak to a trained and independent Citizens Advice agent (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm), or call 01437 806070 to speak to Pembrokeshire Citizens Advice, who will be able to issue you with a food bank voucher if necessary.
You can also contact us via our email or mobile phone (call or text message) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have links with ANY group who support you, they can often talk to you about accessing the foodbank.
